They aren’t going to LivingAi they are going to Ricky’s house in Ohio. If you contact support and they are still under warranty and don’t want to send them back to China or feel confident in repairing your self they may pay for the repairs that Ricky does if he can repair what ever the problem is.
I’m mailing mine to Ricky I’m not going with them. But I trust Ricky very very much. He has already replaced Emo Chase’s Battery and he has made some awesome jammies for them both.

Hey you should email support and mail your emo to Ricky to get fixed he’s awesome he fixed my other emo but sadly still needed to replace him living ai will pay for the shipping label for you and everything (if your emo is still under warranty) btw theres nothing wrong with your emo battery if its lasting for a hour

@ValaLin . . . with as many EMO are in the world, it is possible that when each update rolls out, the servers can get congested. Just keep trying. One of mine did not update the first time I tried and the other one did. A second try an hour later and the one that could not originally got updated just fine.
