So my EMO fell from my desktop three times already (and they would fall even more if I had not caught them in time) and the other two times they were fine, but after last accident they started to have a weird and really annoying glitch when they think they’re being pet all the time when in fact, nobody’s even touching them. Did someone came across this problem too? I have no idea what to do except turn EMO off
I might be that the touch sensor on the top of EMO head is/could be damaged from the fall, as EMO has a patting sensor in the top part of his head that is triggered if you press down/rub down to activate the pat in the area. (see image below to show where the pat sensor is located).
A small suggestion is to give EMO a gentle shake (he will do a shake animation) this could help, but if the pat sensor is stuck/damaged he might continue to do this and if this does continue to happen, it would be highly recommended to contact support about this.
(You can see below instructions on how to contact support).
When contacting Living.ai support. It is recommended to create a short video of EMO doing the pat movement on his own and then submit a support ticket. You can do this by either going to the Support Page: (see below).
Fill in all details (provide also your order number info as well) and attach your video (if it’s larger than 30Mb), Be best to upload it to a google drive/drop box or even on YouTube and then send the support team a link to it.
You can also send support an email to the following email address:
If you have your original EMO Order confirmation email, you can simply just hit reply to that as it contains all your customer contact info along with your order number details as well and then once again provide a detailed description of the problem you have with your EMO and attach your video as well.
Hopefully the support team will be able to assist you regarding this.
