Emo is on, wont respond when I call his name. Went to the app and the app can’t locate him either. Tried to refresh the app. even deleted the app and reloaded. Nothing is working. HELP!!
You need to power EMO off, and then put him on the skateboard to turn him back on again. Then he should reconnect automatically assuming your Wi-Fi is working correctly. Here is a video showing the ways to turn him off. You can skip the first two since he’s not responding and not connecting to the app. So either use the upside down method, the shut down button, or you could just leave him off the skateboard until his battery runs out.
