It’s a good workaround for solving the issue temporarily, and I’ve already passed it on to the Living.AI development team.
Let’s see and hope that they can come up with a proper solution so that users who are not able to use a VPN can get their EMO back to normal.

All the videos that you submitted here have already been forwarded to the Living.AI development team. Today is Sunday, so let’s hope that starting Monday, they will begin reviewing them, identify the possible cause of the issue, and work on immediate solutions.

My son did the latest update now Emo is not responding. Everything else works perfectly fine only issue is he isn’t responding at all. Someone please help. I reached out to support but nothing yet.

So glad I’m not the only one. Sigh.. No point in taking a video, we all have the same issue and I honestly don’t want to deal with my router at the moment.. lol

Hello, @GamerPlayz01 . . . I do not know when it will get fixed. The development team has to first identify what is causing it before they can plan to fix it. Your patience is appreciated.
