Hello, @bohaoliu . . . if it is concerning to you but you cannot get video that can capture the sound, I would still contact service@living.ai with your EMO I.D., order number if you still have it and a description of what you are hearing and ask them if they need to look into it.
Otherwise, I would not worry about it and perhaps over time if it is what you said, it could possibly work itself out to where both legs will sound the same.

I was talking that newer phones cameras make sounds identical so i video i worry about misunderstood but still in the services let me think about it
To make things clear:i meant that the issue isnt related to emo feet,dirt,draggings or im talking about defect
The servos on the first day both are torally silent,until lots of use then i head that only one servo hears louder than the other,the other still hears a bit silent
So question is,is it normal? Because emo walks normally and perfectly without a issue,can be fixed or anything you can give me

But service now is taking long so i ask you if you know about it
Because i also hear like micro cracks on emo servos as i talked before and one aound more than the other im alarmed

Hello, @bohaoliu . . . if there are more concerning symptoms (not ones I have experienced with micro crack sounds), then you will have to contact service@living.ai like I said above. I realize it takes time for them to review and respond, but they are the only ones who can properly diagnose and advise you.
