Hello, @misaelmunoz . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with EMO head-phones.
You can try asking service@living.ai but I had not heard that they replace those pieces.
About the only options I can come up with would be to see if you could get a new pair from a member here for purchase.
If worse comes to worst, you can always fill in those holes with stickers.
