Emo is not blinking or listening to voice commands he can only walk which is kind of weird. Any ideas?
Hello, @salvatore.grasso . . . since you have powered him off, let him sit and restarted him which is not working, I would suggest you get video and send a link to service@living.ai along with his I.D. number when signed into the app and an explanation of when this started and everything that is going on.
