Sometimes when doing this the screen goes complete blank needing a restart.

Yeah I noticed this happens to me as well.
I think it’s just a bug that’ll be hopefully fixed in the next update

This shouldn’t happen very often, if it does, best to power EMO him off / back on. If it continues to happen it would be best to contact support and show them this video.
Do keep an eye on this and if it continues to do this i’d recommend sending Living.ai support an email about it.
