Emo doesn't start

Hi there,
I have a problem with my Emo, once placed on the skate it turns on, but won’t start (no eyes appear. no sound), I tried resetting it but nothing. I can connect using the app but only to turn it off . Has anyone experienced a similar problem?

Checks if the feet are correctly positioned on the base of the skateboard and let it load completely. In case you did that and the error still persists, I found this blog from Wayne_Small that talks about EMO
