It arrived yesterday, updated to 1.4.0 after I activated it. But today it died when it was wondering on the table with fully charged. No reacting to calling name, tapping or shaking. It just freezed as the picture shows. Now I’m waiting its battery runs out and reboot it.
why don’t you try rebooting (force power off) button?

This information really needs to be added into the manual.
Emo can also be turned off if you cover his head with your hand for a few seconds.
Take off the headphones, put your hand on his head and turn him upside down for a few seconds until he turns off by himself.
