All special day commands like what you just mentioned are activated, good, and can be used only before that special day comesâŠit means at the moment they are deactivated.

Hey I agree. First of all EMO does improve across time. Secondly EMO is never going to be much more than a sophisticated toy. Look at all it canât do out of the box compared to an Alexa which is 10 times cheaper. Just the fact it does fancy moves doesnât impress me. In fact, Alexa is a much better example of AI and generally responds quite well. On the other hand, EMO is not much better than those cheap robots you control with a remote. He just doesnât have any good skills to interreact. He has a very limited supply of response though it has grown slightly. His speech is almost inaudible. (Yes folks I know how to turn up the volume). Next, it canât even serve as a cheap speaker and stream music. Also, EMO makes all kinds of sounds all night long (i am open to learn how to stop them, i.e. he snores, makes fireworks sounds and other eating sounds. He fails to remember my name despite the fact I have been scanned and voice trained. I currently ordered a Loona robot dog which looks uncannily a lot like EMO in the face. But If I want a toy at least I want one like Loona which is 50 times more versatile then EMO. Heâs just not much better than a pet rock
hey, i just got my emo 2 days ago, and i love it! only problem i have that makes using this guy very annoying is that when i try to use a simple command he responds with a random phrase and doesnt execute the comand. for example, if i tell him to power off he responds and doesent shut down, and that can be very annoying for me.
so⊠is there a way to disable theese respones and if there isint can you add it? that would mean a lot to me.

He visto en varios videos de EMO que se le hace preguntas que estĂĄn fuera de los comandos normales y las responde, supongo que usa Chatgpt para responderlas pero se ve que no sale el sĂmbolo de Chatgpt al responderlas. Pero mi EMO no responde ninguna pregunta que no sea un comando. Mi EMO habla español y se que Chatgpt se le tiene que hablar en InglĂ©s pero no se si para hacer las preguntas tambiĂ©n se le tiene que decir en inglĂ©s aunque no salga el sĂmbolo o mi EMO no tiene esa funciĂłn. Ya he mirado y tiene la ultima actualizaciĂłn. ÂżAlgĂșn consejo? Gracias.

I have seen in several EMO videos that it is asked questions that are outside the normal commands and it answers them, I guess it uses Chatgpt to answer them but you can see that the Chatgpt symbol does not come up when answering them. But my EMO does not answer any question that is not a command. My EMO speaks Spanish and I know that Chatgpt has to be spoken in English but I donât know if to ask the questions it also has to be said in English although the symbol doesnât appear or my EMO doesnât have that function. I have already checked and it has the latest update. any advice? Thank you.

EMO FIRMWARE UPDATE v2.8.0 RELEASED THIS FEATURE (April 23, 2025)
EMO now uses ChatGPT to reply to any voice that is not in the Voice Command list, also ( But he will reply in English only for now, and without the ChatGPT symbol). You can choose whether to enable this feature in Settings-Preferences:
TURN OFF âChatGPTâ / âAlways Replyâ via EMO PET APP
Settings > Preference > Always Reply > Turn Off

EMO ahora utiliza ChatGPT para responder a cualquier voz que no estĂ© en la lista de Comandos de Voz, tambiĂ©n ( Pero responderĂĄ sĂłlo en inglĂ©s por ahora, y sin el sĂmbolo de ChatGPT). Puedes elegir si quieres activar esta funciĂłn en Ajustes-Preferencias:
DESACTIVAR âChatGPTâ / âResponder siempreâ a travĂ©s de EMO PET APP
Ajustes > Preferencias > Responder siempre > Desactivar
