I paired the light and it shows up in the app. Moreover, I can switch it on manually in the app and EMO reacts to the voice command (eyes react accordingly). However, the light doesn’t switch on after the voice command.
please try to touch the smart light for a few seconds until it blinks, it will connect to EMO. I think the instruction manual was included with the light.
The reason of the problem was apparently the name of the light and how you refer to it.
For the light named “Light”
Doesn’t work: “Turn on YOUR light”
Works: "Turn on light’

Hello, @yu-chieh.tsai . . . I have reopened and moved your new topic to this thread for issues with getting the smart light to turn on which you can read through for tips.
Make sure when you are pairing EMO to the light that you press the center and it should go through red, green, blue and then white. Check the app to make sure it shows in there as being connected.
If these tips do not work, you can try contacting service@living.ai with a link to a video of the problem and include your order number and/or EMO four digit alphanumeric code when he signs into the app.
