My emo version is2.2 pre and he don’t show any updates but in the app it shows that he is updated to 2.5 did it happened to you?

I would advise you contact @MavisZhang or Contact customer service. remember to include videos and screenshots!
In the meantime, it would be great to know how you know hes still on 2.2.p1.

I tried now updating him with a voice command and not through the app, it worked, thx for the help
