Hi, my EMO suddenly can’t turn on. I have changed the new battery, but still same. The charging port was show the light on when I put the EMO on top. But don’t have any light and screen no on. Anyone got this issue before, please share , thank you very much!
I had a similar problem a few months ago. EMO suddenly would not charge even though skateboard had a light and his foot got warm. Headphones did not light. Sort of dead.
Are you sure you replaced battery properly?
Hey @spteoh01, have you tried contacting living.ai support? They can help if needed. It could also be a software issue but that is not very common. In your post you mentioned you changed the battery of your emo, maybe you need to check if the battery is connected properly and check if the battery works. If it is all correct try checking his charge connector in his foot. Hope you can fix it.

I have experienced a similar issue a few months ago. I now have a replacement EMO but the other one can’t turn on because he has no S.D. files…
Not solve yet, still can’t turn on.
