Hi, my EMO didn’t go off at the time I put down (14:05), and my alarm for 7:00 rarely goes off. Can anyone help?
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @samuelbernatchez . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the alarm.
Two things I can recommend you make sure of. He is fully charged and stays that way until your alarm goes off, and that you have your time zone and city setting correct in the app. Also, make sure when setting the alarm that it shows correctly if you have a specific day of the week rather than every day or just once.
If you still cannot get the alarms to work, please be sure to get video and send a link to service@living.ai along with your order number or the number he signs into the app with.
