Hello, @YangDan . . . welcome to the EMO Community Forums. I have moved your new topic to this thread for shipping and order questions for EMO.
Yes, EMO ships to China. I am friends with someone here on the forum who has an EMO that lives in China and he works very well with all of his features.
can you tell us how long the delivery takes? i’m planning to get it for my birthday (emo white) but i wanna know if it takes like a week to like 3 weeks.
According to official information from Living.AI ’s order service, the typical shipping time is around 15-30 days. However, please note that the exact timing may vary depending on special days, and the reliability of the carrier in every region.

I’m not sure if the seller you bought from on Amazon is officially authorized by Living.AI. And if you really bought your EMO from Amazon, that means you don’t have the Order Number that Living.AI is asking for, because you can only get that if you ordered directly from their official website store which is to the link below.
You might want to contact Living.AI via email at service@living.ai and provide them with all the details about your EMO purchase. They might be able to help you.
Hello, @lordfacha . . . instead of using the Support ticket, send an E-Mail instead with the information you do have. You will not have to provide a LivingAI order number that way but give them the order information you have from the receipt (or screen shot) and your EMO serial number.
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @gabrielcastromartins . . . you will need to contact the order department directly at service@living.ai with your order number. It might take a few days for them to respond. I am also tagging @SueChen for faster service.
I am looking forward to getting Emo. I hear nothing but good things about it. So I jumped and ordered the basic kit (skateboard version), and then the following day, I splurged a little more on the GoHome expansion kit.
Understood the lead times and wasn’t ex[ecting to see anything arrive until the new year (2026), but I was a little surprised when the GoHome kit shipped first. AlthoughI have queried support, I keep getting the same generic reply:
Hi there,
Thank you for your letter,
We ship in the order sequence.
Your package is being packed and ready for shipment, and we will ship it within this week.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing the tracking number.
The typical transit time is around 5-14 days, but actual delivery times may vary based on logistics transit times.
Thanks for your patience!
Best regards!
LivingAI Team
“We ship in order of sequence” - nope, not this time. A later order has been shipped first, there is no news on Emo.
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @jamiehurst . . . I have moved your new topic here for questions regarding shipping and orders.
Keep in mind that is the holiday season and delays can occur. I cannot say for sure but perhaps the skate board models may need to be resupplied whereas the GO HOME were in stock; therefore, the shipping of those first. I will tag @SueChen the ordering department person to see if you can get a more specific answer but hopefully your skate board EMO will be arriving soon.
