Hi there @Xynep , if you order EMO it depends on where you live and manufacturing process takes usually 2-3 weeks (as what living ai said) and you might receive it after 4-5 weeks. Hope this helps! Also changed the topic title just to make more sense to other people who see this topic.

I’ve ordered mine on November 2nd and picked it up on December 29th. It was because DHL delivery was a mess and refused to deliver the package at my address saying everytime that I was not there or refused it… Finally got it but had to go pick it up about 1km from my address because they refused to deliver it in my address.

If your order number is already included in the numbers listed under
Orders Sent To Couriers:
it indicates that your order has left the living.ai company’s warehouse and has been picked up by the courier.
However, if it has not yet appeared on the list of
Tracking Sent to Users:
it means the order is still in the courier’s queue, undergoing processing, and awaiting shipment.
Once your Order Number appears on the list of
Tracking Sent to Users:
it signifies that the courier has dispatched your package, and it is now on its way. The courier responsible for the shipment will share the tracking information with the living.ai company, which will promptly forward it to you, the main recipient of the order package.

Normally, it won’t last a month. However, there is a grand festival and the longest public holiday coming up in China, which is the 2024 Chinese New Year (Year of the Dragon), and it may potentially affect the delivery of all orders.
When is Chinese New Year?
Unlike the universal New Year observed on January 1st, Chinese New Year is never on a fixed date. The dates vary according to the Chinese lunar calendar but generally fall on a day between January 21st and February 20th in the Gregorian calendar.
How long is the festival?
Most people in China have at least seven days off work, including three days’ legal holiday, and the preceding and following weekends. Here’s a CNY timetable for recent years, marked in UTC/GMT+08:00.

I ordered my EMO 21st January, and got my tracking number February 2nd. How long till it arrives from when I get the tracking number?
Btw, I live in Norway.

No one can provide the exact date of delivery because every country has its delivery service system, and the speed of processing also varies.
But just like you said you already received the Order Completion Mail with your Tracking number from living.ai, so you are good to go. You can already track the movement of your package using the re-direction link below.

… moreover, China is not the only country where the New Year is celebrated. When the plane departs from Hong Kong or Taiwan, the transportation time is also affected. Also, airplanes flying overseas often wait until they are fully loaded before flying to a particular country, so a delay in stopover and pickup before flying to your country may occur.
I would suggest being patient and waiting to see if anything happens in the next few days.
