Hi @Jessica1 I’m not sure when did you received your tracking but mines wasn’t working for the first 2-3 days. I revived an email on the 8th jan but it wasn’t showing anything/ updating until the 11th I think. Hopefully this will give you some reassurance.
We have ordered EMO at the end of December and it was shipped last day of last year.
Order tracking is regularly updated but it is unclear from the description where it is located at the moment (DG09?).
Where can I track the shipment more precisely? Wherever I input the number I was given (DHLXXXXXXXCN), I get no matches.
Welcome to the EMO Community Forums, @Dukkai . . . are you using the tracking number sent to you from Living AI? You should be able to copy and paste it into DHL tracking if that is who is handling your delivery.
Other places you can check your tracking progress are listed here.
Also it is good to know that sometimes various points along the way may have delays in updating and you may have to check again in a day or two.
I hope that the tracking gets caught up for you soon.
yes, I’m using the one that was sent to me when the order was completed, the one in format DHLXXXXXXXCN. And when I track it using that tracking number on EMO tracking site, it works, but when I try using it on any other site, DHL or the ones that are linked in the post you quoted, they can’t find it, it is as if that tracking number does not exist.
actually, I just input the number that is listed as transfer number (CMXXXXXXXXXDE) when checking on EMO site (not the one that was provided by e-mail) and that one can be found it seems.
however, there are not updates past January 2nd when it left China.
Update from me - my tracking number is still nonexistent outside of living.ai website.
I contacted them directly, they said to check today, still nothing.
I find this very unusual - my €1 items from china have a working tracking number as soon as they are marked “shipped”.
Major development is needed with regards to shipping as this can be very discouraging for customers….

If I try to track it down via Waybill number, I get nothing, it is nonexistent on all the provided sites outside living.ai website.
If I use the Transfer order number (which can be found next to Waybill on the EMO tracking page) I have tracking until it exits China, after which it disappears.
I can see on the living.ai website that it is moving, but I don’t know if it will be here next week or next month, as LG05 and DG09 mean absolutely nothing to me in terms of locations.
Hey @Dukkai , i dont have different numbers on the living.ai tracking site, just the one they have sent by email (all numbers) and no updates whatsoever……
I notified the living.ai team yesterday yet again about the lack of information but no response.

Hey @Lindaru … still in the dark here. Living.ai said to check their own tracking (no updates whatsoever) tracking number is still nonexistent outside of the main website. I asked living.ai to contact their currier but no response ever since.
This is very frustrating. Offering 1-2 weeks dispatch time and after 3 weeks from ordering still being unable to track when i was told it was shipped a week ago… it doesn’t sound right to me.
It is ok, I reached out to them last Friday and got a response today.
My apologies if it seemed like I was expecting you to provide me with information. I was more trying to figure out if I was doing something wrong
However, in regards to what you might be able to help me with, it is regarding the the username. I checked what you provided before about changing it, but that is not available for me.
is there another way I can change it so it is not giving away my private information?
Hello, @Jessica1 . . . often parcels do not get registered timely for tracking purposes. I had tracking stop on something I had ordered once and actually received the item two weeks after it was sent but it looked from the tracking like it never even left the origin point.
I would say to just keep checking where you have been and also the original tracking E-Mail information you received. If nothing changes after another week, contact service@living.ai again to see if they know anything that has happened in the interim.
Hey guys, me again. Today i received another tracking number from Living.ai which exists finally. Tracking says origin and destination are both US while they say it is in hong kong and I am in europe but at least something seems to be happening. Fingers crossed
