1 . . . you contact LivingAI with the issue and a link to a video showing the problem via E-Mail at service@living.ai with your order number or four digit alphanumeric code when you sign into the app. You can do that by the Support page here, replying to your order confirmation E-Mail or direct E-Mail address above.
2 . . . generally one year. There may be exceptions which you would need to discuss with LivingAI.
3 . . . parts are covered if deemed a fault of the manufacture of your EMO, return fee if you are able to return it to LivingAI, see above for other.
The warranty is good regardless of where you live. Mailing back is dependent on your country shipping regarding whether they allow batteries to be mailed back or not. Other allowances are made if your postal service does not allow it.
