So the number sent to the courier is greater than the number of tracking sent to the customer. Does this mean the delay of 400 ish is now the courier processing the delivery order?
They are sent to the courier first where the courier assigns the tracking numbers which are sent back to Living A.I. so that they can send that number on to you. Hope this helps!
