Delevery to an other country

Dear community !
After 4 months my emo is ready but the company sent it to an other country that is it not nine . Is that happen to someone?

That is not normal, it would be best to contact support and advise that your EMO was shipped to the wrong address / country.

I would recommend to send an email to the support team to advise this. If you have the original order confirmation email you received when you first ordered your EMO, simply reply to that email, and the support team should be able to assist you further and assist.
