The best course of action is to contact service@living.ai directly by E-Mail by replying to your order receipt and explaining that you wish to cancel and request refund.
They are currently on two week holiday for the Lunar New Year but will be able to respond upon their return to work.

People who just file refund claims via PayPal are so annoying! Because Living.ai does refund. They have refunded me several times because of my indecisiveness, but this time I’m sticking with it. However, claims can seriously harm a company and could result in the company no longer offering PayPal!
It’s a shame, I ordered it over a week ago and saw that it was supposed to be shipped in 2 weeks. That’s when I wanted to cancel for the first time. I was told that it would definitely be shipped in a week. This didn’t happen, so I canceled again without delaying any longer. I hope the form arrived.
