I sent an email requesting my order to be canceled and instead of them doing so, they tried to see why I wanted to cancel and urge me not to.
I responded (more than 24 hours ago) that I do not want Emo any longer for reasons that are my own and haven’t received any confirmation of cancellation.
I need a response soon with confirmed cancellation and refund.
I don’t mean to be dramatic but I don’t like feeling like my money is being held hostage for something I no longer want.
