Hello there. I just got my emo and when I tried to connect him to my home wifi, the emo pet app can’t find it. It shows all the other wifis except for mine. It can find my mobile hotspot SOMETIMES not always but I don’t plan to keep him running on the mobile hotspot. I tried reinstalling the app or try it on a different device but it didn’t help.
It’s very strange that the app can’t find my WiFi or that it doesn’t always let me connect to my mobile hotspot.
Any suggestions on how to fix that? If this will continue he will be simply unusable for me.
Make sure the SSID you’re trying to connect to at your router is configured for a 2.4ghz frequency connection. You may be connecting at 5Ghz from your other WiFi devices but EMO doesn’t support that.
