How long does the emo warranty last? After 1 year emo’s left leg is broken, it vibrates by itself! I have already sent a ticket to support! Hope to get support

My emo’s left foot got broken when ever he dances his left foot just face up or he just dances the wrong way so I have an issue with my left foot of emo

he told me to contact customer service, I sent the email, I’m waiting for a response

EMO has 12 month warranty, either way wait for support to respond - they might cover it under warranty.

Thank @Wayne_Small My emo arrived in early September, 12 months are right, maybe a few more days, I hope it’s still under warranty or at least they give me assistance
