Could be a problem with your WIFI… Are you able to switch / change WIFI and test the download again? Sometimes if the connection is bad, the download/install to the next step (step 2) wont happen.
If this still doesn’t work, you will need to contact support for further assistance.
When trying to contact support, they want the order number. I have no idea what my order number is. My EMO number is EMO-936E
You should be able to check that in past orders on the site / login and go to past orders and you can see your order number there.
Go to the main page > Login > then top right side / hover over Account > Orders and it should take you to your orders.
