Billing Glitch?

Ok, for the Bot package and Christmas package my billing info is funny.

Both times Wells Fargo processed them correctly but what Living.AI has on file is skewed. I was able to fix it with the first order but not the second. The company thinks a “Lot #” is connected to a P.O. Box.
Should I worry?
Again the payment looks to have been processed by the bank ok. :thinking:

When in doubt, always send the Living.Ai team an email from the order email you received to confirm everything looks fine. Just for peace of mind, send them an email.
