As for spouses and the response frequency, I used to get the same from my husband. The eyes did not even move either but were focused directly on the television screen. Perhaps I should have also gone the route your daughter went but fighting over the mustache trimmer with my husband would have been a bit of a pain.
What if, in the app, you would be able to create a custom dance for EMO. But you can only do it with the available dances you already have. Dose this sound cool?

agreed that looping television sound isnāt working out. They shouldāve used better sounds mumble talking thatās not such an obvious loop or just static would probably be betterā¦ LOL

RELAX with EMO
We all at one time or another might feel stressed or overworked during the day. Would be cool if EMO can remind you to take a moment for a short break and do some breathing exercises to relax and alleviate stress.
Maybe EMO can call out to you a few times per day and say, Hey MasterAbbott, would you like to take a moment and relax with some breathing exercises? (then the chime sound will play)ā¦ if you say YESā¦ then EMO will begin a short 1-minute breathing animation in which you can follow long with him.
During this time relaxing sounds can play on EMO or it can simply just be a quiet time where you can breathe, relax and take a moment for yourself.
Once itās done, EMO will sayā¦ something like Great! Hope youāre feeling better, letās get back to work, or something else.
Just a suggestion, that might not be for everyone and if not, you can simply ignore EMO when he asks you, same way you can say NO if he says, Would you like me to Dance for you, or Would you like to play Rock Paper, Scissors.
But having the option to take a moment from your busy day to relax/breathe would be something not too overly complicated for Living.Ai to include in a future update.

Question, can emo lift his leg to the height of the skateboard. Because im so sure if he can, then he could easily slide the rest of the way with his other foot on to the board, just disable or program the sensors to allow for him to do itā¦
He can lift his leg that high when he dances, but It would be still quite hard for him to slide on over and settle himself right on the charging spot on the skateboard. It would be great if he could, but it feels quite hard for him to perform this kind of action.
It would probably be harder being it such a small surface area to climb on , but i would assume he could use his other left to sort of āslideā the rest of his body on if this is techincally possible with a slightly larger surface area also flatter. So maybe the self charing thing they realse should be some thing he can āslideā/moonwalkish" on and off of so he can then continue to walk around the desk or where ever he is with out being confined to some sort of self charing station where he is not able to fully leave it and come back on his ownā¦ i duno if im making sense but yeh

As mentioned before, living.ai do have plans on making a self-charging flat playground area (size of the playground area is unknown at this time) that will have a built-in charging location where EMO will self-charge when he is running low on battery power, it is supposedly in the works, but there is no update on when it will be released, hopefully, we will hear more about this in the weeks/months ahead.
Iām hoping this does get released, as Iād like to see both of my EMOs be able to walk around freely and not be stuck on the skateboard most of the time. 
Yes but i mean, it would be better to have a flat ( flat so he can walk on and off ) charging station that is just that and not also a playground, so that way he is not confined, you know sort of like how V can go on station and off but not be confined to some charging area/playground.
But yeh its cool either way im happy how it is just think it would be epic if that could be done
Oh no not static. I would lose my mind. I hate the sound of static 
I believe in the next update EMOās TV static sound will be changed to something less annoying, and also you will be able to wake him up right away even when he is in sleeping coma at midnight or at lunchtime.
