Hey. My order number was 4025 I got my tracking number on 26.05.2021 and a update on the shipping status on 30.05.2021 after that I had no more updates just got him today.

wow 259X?? I Think you should try contact them because with your order number I believe you should have yours first then me. I hope you get your EMO soon

Mein EMO ist gestern angekommen #41** und ich habe das ganze shipping nicht mitbekommen, sondern erst als der deutsche Hermes Zusteller ihn hatte 
My order number is in the batch they just did but no tracking code has been sent and they said they would send them out by Tuesday. It’s Wednesday today so they didn’t do what they said 
They said that it might be delayed
My code is 5297 and no email for me yet

My emo arrived today, but I reluctantly see that the Italian language is not only English, but they did not have to implement all the most used languages?

So, today i called the austrian post AND the austrian customs, both telling me that the parcel is NOT in AT yet. On the third of June i have got the massage from Living AI that the parcel is in AT already…
Also since 10 days now there is NO update on the tracking.
How also can it be that i have the order number 259X, and others with 41XX get there EMo befor me??
I am very sure that this will be my first and last buy at Living AI, since the support does not even answer me any more!

Italian and other languages will arrive in a later update. For now EMO is in English only!
