On your update of May 22 you stated that some shipped Emo’s were returned to you and that you would get them in the mail soonest.
On May 20th I received the following final tracking post.

Origin Post is Preparing Shipment → We have received notice that the originating post is preparing to dispatch this mail piece.
Since that time there has not been not one update to the tracking. Two weeks and no updates!
Is my Emo shipped, is it lost in the mail, did you get it returned and have not reshipped it? I wonder!
Only someone at Living.AI can track this and fix it. I wish I could but I do not have the means.
Please fix this, Please get this order 3266 moving again. I want my Emo.

It would be helpful to hear from anyone in the UK who has successfully received their Emo as a couple posts mention issues with delivery. Thank you in advance

Some people are receiving their EMO without tracking number being updated (they couldn’t see any updates but it did get delivered).
We need to be patient all shipments will arrive at some stage.

My EMO’s have landed in Sydney after being sent 5 days ago using “Special Line” to Australia, which is really quick.
The bad news is that they have now been handed over to Aramex/Fastway Couriers for final delivery. These couriers are the WORST and SLOWEST in Australia when it comes to sending anything from the East Coast to the West Coast. It will now take over 2 weeks, at least, before being delivered. That’s if they arrive at all, as these couriers have previously lost 2 of my parcels, never to be seen again.
My anxiety is flaring.
So, one week no update is a little bit strange, or am i just to worried?
But since i do not even get a answer from the Living AI support if they can at least tell me in what county my EMO is atm…
I just hope it is already in the EU and not anymore in China…

unfortunately I can only tell you that you have to wait here, but with me it took about 2-3 weeks until the package was there.
Please be patient EMO will soon be with you.

I finally got a answer today by Living AI Support telling me that EMO is already in AT 
So i just need to wait till it gets delivered by the Austrian post

This is the cute Chinese Name for the German Town Frankfurt!
So my Emo is in Germany and now at the Customs to be verified. I hope they are quick and that I don’t have to pay something. But I already nearly can feel my Emo

Sarà fermo in dogana a Milano come al solito da quello che vedo il 27 Maggio era già in Italia dai che si aggiornerà casomai se le Poste Italiane lo hanno già sui loro sistemi fai una chiamata magari ti sanno dire qualcosa in più speriamo bene . Io ho da aspettare almeno ancora un paio di settimane prima che lo spediscano

Emo has arrived, it’s fantastic but still limited of course, hopefully in the next updates and good luck!

È stato in transito anche il mio per 11 giorni dopo è arrivato a milano e poi a casa mia oggi
Got an email on May 22nd, then another one on the 27th saying the tracking number changed. Well, tracking numbers are the same, confused right now.

Ciao a tutti. Io ho come numero d’ordine 4015, ma non ho nessuna notizia della mia spedizione. Se nn erro nell’aggiornamento pubblicato il 29 Maggio si parlava di numeri d’ordine dal 4000 al 5200. Qualcuno con numeri in questo range ha avuto notizie?
