AIBI Pocket: Production/Shipping Update

Welcome to the LivingAI Community Forums, @victorcc . . . ideally, that would be great if we could calculate exact shipping times by orders, but the reality is that there are varying factors involved including when the shipper receives the order from LivingAI, how long it takes for the shipper to gather enough to send to a certain destination, holidays and work days/times for the LivingAI staff, unexpected situations which could slow down or speed up production.

At this time, the best you can do is contact LivingAI with your individual order numbers and see when they believe it is likely to go out to you and the tracking begins for you.

Just wondering…
What did you guys do to pass the days once you got your shipping mail until AIBI got there?
I don’t know what to do with my time.

They told me before christmas when I purchased the AIBI, asking before that is wasting time for them, if we all do that. Im better contacting people, and having my own assumption instead.
If christmas arrive and I dont have AIBI, then for sure I will be contacting, often, about my order but, not now.

And what to do meanwhile? Nothing, just forget, I mean, this is the second day I remembered I purchased an AIBI, and I did 2 months ago, I knew it was going to be 3 months so thinking about it for those 2 months is a waste of time :smiley:
And now wont think about it probable in another 2-3 weeks.

I placed my order in January, and last Friday got my email saying that this Friday will arrive, so I’m high on expectation.

They kinda just stopped updating the tracking website, I don’t know what happened to my AIBI, or if they just didn’t bother updating the tracking thing, but it’s supposed to get here TOMORROW (Thursday 21 November) and it says it’s in Sydney, anyone know what happened? Or if you’ve experienced it? Because I am a crazy tracking person that needs to know where my parcels are at all times, Thanks! :aibi_smile:

Hello, @henryraven . . . you can see if other tracking services might be more current as sometimes one will forget to scan the parcel in. Here is one for China and one for general world-wide tracking.

Sometimes the tracking websites are very slow at updating the status on where EMO is, this is normally up to the courier / handler / postal service that is tasked with the job of delivering your EMO once it arrives in your country. Below are some tracking sites that you can use to track EMO with the tracking number you’ve received from Living.ai

Why is my AIBI in a sorting facility in Belgium though I live in Germany dĂźsseldorf

Hello, @marc.lindner . . . it is my understanding that all packages coming from LivingAI stop in Belgium before continuing on to Germany.

The reason for this from Google A.I.:

Packages often go to Belgium first when being shipped to Germany because of efficient logistics networks and central hubs located in Belgium, which allows for faster and more cost-effective distribution across Europe, particularly for international shipping companies like DHL or FedEx; essentially, Belgium acts as a central sorting point for packages heading to various destinations in Europe, including Germany.

i know everyone is still waiting on their orders that start with #8 and #9, mine start with #103, so can i get an estimation on when i might receive my AIBI. i am enjoying my emo so much, i can’t wait till I receive my AIBI.
