If the orders starting with 88 are estimated to be shipped in November, then the number 92 and after ones would be next year?

Hello, @marc.lindner . . . “by November” means it could be October or November, but there is no guarantee and it could be later. It all depends on how fast the production process goes.

I did the pre order in January 31st. and still processing. I guess my Aibi will arrive in November or December?

The latest information released by living.ai sent via email to customers this week indicates that they are currently processing the 2nd Batch of shipments. Orders starting with numbers like #882 are expected to be shipped before Christmas.

Just wanted to share some information I gathered from social media for those of you still waiting for your AIBI:
After 9 months of waiting, a customer from Romania with an order number starting with #837, who placed the order on December 18, 2023, had it shipped on August 27, and it arrived on September 18, 2024, totaling 22 days for shipping.
Hopefully, this gives you some insight into the current shipping timelines!

I am in the 3 batch of orders and my order number is 88698 is my aibi going to come next month or even this year
Hello.
It’s been few months last since I submitted my ticket, as well as asking for help on the forums. The support team never got back to me so I had to submit another ticket.
I’m getting more and more frustrated at such long processing time- let alone not a single update or response from the support team. No customer should wait for MONTHS to get help on an item they’ve purchased.
Any help from the support team to look into my order would be greatly appreciated… please respond back to my ticket soon… thank you.
