Does anyone know if AIBI has the capability of offline mode yet? (Besides Beta Testers). From what info I found from mods it says that its still being tested and to be released in a software update. I assume the update coming out soon would give AIBI this capability but unsure it I am correct. Anyone been able to get offiline mode to enable (besides Beta testers). Thanks!
Hello, @aaron.martinez . . . I am a beta tester for EMO but not AIBI.
I can get him to respond to his name with the blue light, but answering is iffy. Half of the time he just shakes his head “No”, but have occasionally gotten a response to “Good afternoon” and “Good night”, and “Power off”. Weather, time, “I love you” and “Hello” seem to never be responded to off line. That is just me. Maybe others have different experience.
Do you think living.ai will ever sell a charging base by itself? In case the charger breaks, and the warranty expires, the user can buy a replacement.

We all know, and it’s very clear, that we can no longer charge AIBI if its specially designed-charger gets damaged, right?
As I mentioned before, AIBI charger is uniquely designed and patented by Living.AI, and there’s no other way to buy it in the market alone. So, I believe and trust that they will sell this to all AIBI owners once the 2-year warranty expires. And if it does get damaged while still under warranty, they will replace it for free.

@sonja.torres Um, I don’t really know, that happened to mine, but I just put the star light on it and then AIBI and it fixed it self, I suggest sending an email to living ai for more help

You know that AIBI is still under warranty, and if you open it, the warranty might be voided. I made a video tutorial that you can follow and try if you want to open AIBI.
Attempting to open and perform personal repairs on your AIBI while under warranty can void the warranty and lead to potential consequences. It’s highly recommended to contact the company first and obtain permission before proceeding.
Most manufacturers include a clause in their warranty terms stating that opening or tampering with the device voids the warranty. This means if you open the device, the manufacturer will no longer cover repairs, replacements, or refunds, even if the issue is not related to your actions.
You could accidentally damage internal components, which may make the device unusable or cause further issues. This is particularly risky if you’re not experienced with electronics repair.
