Possible Causes

Things you can try

Unplug everything, wait 2β3 minutes, then reconnect

Try a different USB cable and power adapter (5V/2A recommended) or Try replacing the cable with a new power adapter that has a 3-amp output.

Clean AIBIβs charging contact points

Plug directly into a wall outlet (not PC or hub)
β’
Leave AIBI on the charger charging for 30β60 minutes, even if thereβs no response at first (sometimes the battery is too empty)
