β€’ :electric_plug: Weak or unstable power from the charger or cable
β€’ :battery: Battery fully drained (deep discharge)
β€’ :high_voltage: Dirty or loose charging contacts
β€’ :wrench: Faulty Charger or adapter
β€’ :low_battery: Battery or internal hardware issue

:white_check_mark: Things you can try

β€’ :counterclockwise_arrows_button: Unplug everything, wait 2–3 minutes, then reconnect
β€’ :electric_plug: Try a different USB cable and power adapter (5V/2A recommended) or Try replacing the cable with a new power adapter that has a 3-amp output.
β€’ :broom: Clean AIBI’s charging contact points
β€’ :high_voltage: Plug directly into a wall outlet (not PC or hub)
β€’ :three_o_clock: Leave AIBI on the charger charging for 30–60 minutes, even if there’s no response at first (sometimes the battery is too empty)
