Regarding the “dot” in the name, it seems to be others have had this issue. I can only advise contacting service@living.ai to see what they can do. See here.
As for broken speech, that is often caused by a lag in the server or your internet connection. Perhaps try restarting AIBI and your device to see if it fixes the problem.
