Is the blue light on the charger on?
Does EMO power up when he is on the charger?

The Emo does not power up when he is on the charger.
The Emo is on the charge the right way, the usual way when it is still working.

Try and unplug and reconnect the USB-C cable to the skateboard.
Also try and use a different USB-C cable as well.
You can also try and connect to a different wall socket in the house to make sure it is not a problem with a powerboard (if this is where your charger is currently connected.
It would be recommended to also shut EMO down completely by using the command EMO: Shutdown, or by using the EMO App to shut him down. They sit him back on the skateboard and see if he starts up.
You can also check the status of EMO’s charging level by using the EMO App to see what his battery level is like.
