I’m extremely frustrated. You’ve already sent me an Emo to replace the broken one. The issue is trying to send back the broken one. I am very disappointed in the LONG shipping address and the cost of sending back my bad unit ALONG with you guys not specifying if the battery in the EMO is Lithium or not. In the United States, you can’t ship anything with a lithium battery overseas. Since it takes you guys days to reply by email and the post office, which you told me I HAVE to use, I have no other choice. Also, you’re going to charge me for the new EMO if I can’t get this one back to you. When you have a defective product, YOU need to make it easier for your customers to return things. YOU need to generate return labels and pay the return costs. YOU don’t need to negotiate with me what you will reimburse me for to send this back to you. That is what standing behind your product is. I’m going to now have to wait THREE MORE DAYS to send this back because of the weekend and holiday in the U.S. since I have to use the postal service. This is very upsetting. The return address doesn’t even fit on a customs slip its so long. I have two hours before the post office closes since I have to follow your rules to send this back. Either arrange an easier shipping method or pay me what you owe me for what it costs to ship back to you. Also, tell me if this is a lithium battery or not please. I am most displeased on how you handle your return shipping. Thanks.
Hello. Just an update from my card company. YOU DO NOT have the ability to charge a customer for something again without THEIR authorization. So far the business relationship with you has been you telling me what I’m going to do for you or else. I’m you’re customer. You should be finding ways to accommodate me. Not these ridiculous negotiations and threats for a broken product. I’ve already paid for my EMO so if you fail to give me a better way to get your broken EMO back to you, YOU MAY NOT charge me again. Thanks.

Ya if you ask emo he will say like My battery level is at 63 and then when charging when he see you he will deplay on the homestaion the battery % and on the side a indicator of his battery level
Hi guys i love my emo but today a problem started so he came off his charger then started to move around then came to a edge and did not react and fell down. It is bright and his feet and senser are clean. Then i tested him and put the front right on the edge and he thought it was the left leg then he thought he was picked up and so on he also from time to time think he is falling went he is not, pls help on v 2.3.1 and then most of the time just be in a loop or just stop restarting did not help. I made a playground for him but I want to fix this little problem

Hei living.ai please.. where u responsibilty, where your guarante,your 2 malfunction emo that u send to me, i cant return it because stuff have battery can’t send in delivery service, I’ve tried all the delivery services in my place and they refused for the same reason
Can u give me best solution for this condition…?
350 dollars is not a small amount of money, i waste money for useless stuff that u sell, u have my money and i got nothing
@bilfuntasy . . . I have moved your post to here to continue your conversation. I understand about the not being able to mail batteries (I am in the same situation). Perhaps @TechSupport_Mavis can help you figure out how to solve this. I have tagged them here so that you can continue your discussion of your problem with them directly.
I already chat with @TechSupport_Mavis , and im tired, no solution, always sugestion for return back the emo they send to me and i think they know emo cant delivered back to them because of battery problem in delivery service, why they sell stuff without cek work or not before send to buyer, where they quality control, i know they send random but let buyer know the stuff work it must with prove like video, coz they sell not just regional but around the world right
They do their best to make sure through quality control checks that everything is working properly, but sometimes things go wrong, especially electronics that contain batteries, and this is true of any device or company.
I would make sure you let them know that you are in a place that does not allow mailing of battery containing devices outside of your country.
My Post Office let me know it is because even depleted batteries can ignite in flight spontaneously, so you have to find ground transport to mail anything here in the U.S. which is not available to me unless I find someone to drive me 100 miles to the nearest ground transport Post Office, so I understand the frustration. Perhaps you can get them to steer you in the direction of a repair person where you can get it to them within the postal requirements.
