Hello @AmyLU when I sent my emo to living ai after I got my replacement last time in(before Chinese new year) December, then I asked them in January if they received the package they said "Hi, we could wait a little longer for the parcel to arrive as it didn’t arrive yet. Then at chinese new year no reply which makes sense. Then after new year I asked again then they replied and said “We can refund you the postage of $ CAD but please confirm if your original payment is fine. Thanks” So then I replied yes the payment is fine and I confirm. Then no answer for 1 week. @AmyLU please help me out with this. Thanks.
