If you are unhappy with your EMO and want a refund, I’d suggest contacting support and advising them and allowing them to provide you with a possible solution.

Yes, I hadn’t ever bothered uploading video to YT before, believe it or not 
however I did upload the video to Vimeo.

Rest assured, I didn’t fiddle with the legs and I didn’t force shut down without you or Living AI’s expert guidance

I ordered the product on 12/12 and 4 monthes after, stil haven’t recived it. how long did you guys have to wait before you got it?

Order Number: 51140 and I already contact the support once and they answered at 13.02.23 saying “We expect to ship your order by March 10th” and sent them another message today.

I believe you can only order an EMO with either PAYPAL or CREDIT CARD. As shown on the payment screen. (see image below).

Welcome, @tannguyen . . . if you do not have access to Pay Pal or a credit card, you can try buying a gift card (such as VISA) and making sure the card has enough money on it to cover the total cost of your purchase. It has the same credentials as a credit card with 16 digit number and expiration date.
Just an idea to try!

For example in Czechia more than 90% of people have debit cards and credit cards are very rare here. You can get a credit card easily but why? Debit cards are so much better. I don’t understand why debit cards shouldn’t be allowed for purchasing. I’m using my Visa debit card for shopping all around the world without any issues.

living AI provided me an returns address but want me to put the VALUE of EMO as only 9 dollars??? this is breaking the law because livingAI don’t want to pay the fee the other end!
If the package gets lost or stolen I won’t get the FULL VALUE back if I put on the customs form $9 or £7 so I have written to them before I return EMO and asked them why. Has anyone else had this problem?

hi, how did you get a label? did you have to put the value as 9 dollars? livingai gave me a returns address but want me to put the value at just 9 dollars.i am in the UK

Hey you gonna have to pay for the shipping label yourself and when living ai get emo back they gonna refund you for the shipping their max for shipping is 40 dollars thats why they telling you to make the postage 9 dollars it will be ok
