Just have a question, how long did it take for anyone to receive a tracking number once they saw their number in the package sent versus the tracking number sent
Like from an example it shows that their past my number in the package sent but not the tracking number sent part
It can take anywhere between a few days to a week. It all depends on how fast they are packed and prepared and then collected by the courier on Living.Ai’s side. As with all packages, you wont get a tracking number until the courier has picked up the package. As there are so many EMO’s being packed and shipped out it will also take Living.Ai a little bit of time to collect these tracking numbers and link them back to everyone’s own personal account. So I’d say give it a few days / more so a week before you get a tracking number for your EMO.
