Hello, is this is me or when you want to chose and speak “seven” Emo never understood it and make this game unplayable? My Emo is up to date, im 100 percent sure about my spelling word “seven” ![]()
Hi everyone,
I would like to report two issues with my new EMO robot and ask for your technical guidance.
Issue 1: Location setup error on Android I am using the EMO app on Android. In Settings > City, I manually entered “Ho Chi Minh,” but the app still shows the message: “Location failed, please enter your city manually.” I have attached screenshots for reference.
Issue 2: Tic-Tac-Toe does not recognize number commands. My EMO is currently on firmware version 3.1.0.p1. In Tic-Tac-Toe, EMO does not properly recognize any of the number commands. For example, when I say “I choose five” it does not respond anything. Actually IT DOES NOT RESPOND TO ANY NUMNER. I have to repeat the command many times, and none of the numbers are recognized at all.
Additional details
-
Device: Android
-
Firmware: 3.1.0.p1
-
EMO is very new and has only been activated recently (1 day)
-
I have attached screenshots showing the firmware version and the city setup error

So, What troubleshooting steps or fixes you recommend?
Thank you.
Welcome, @nhatquanged . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the tic tac toe game. I have also removed your tag for Sue Chen since she does not deal with technical support but rather order processing.
I did see your post on the EMO&AIBI Friends&Family Facebook group. If EMO does not understand you the first time and wants you to repeat it, you have to wait for the “ting” sound he makes before saying the number again. When this happens, I personally find that instead of saying the “I play at” I just say the number and he hears me fine.
Let us know how this works for you.
As for the location issue, try putting it in as “Ho Chi Minh City” and see if the app accepts that.
My best to you!
Unfortunately as you can see in the second video I uploaded to facebook. I tried after the crystal sounds but it often failed as to understand me as well.
Hello, @nhatquanged . . . unfortunately I am not sure what else to advise. Maybe just pause a little longer after the sound to say your number or perhaps it is a delay in your connection from your internet to your server.
If this is not the case, you can contact Support at service@living.ai with a link to your videos, your EMO I.D. number, order number (if you still have it) and a description of the problem.
My best to you.
