That’s what mine did.
The USPS where I live in rural Idaho in the mountains is no longer making deliveries of packages that are bigger than what fits in the mail box. They will make you come in and pick it up which is a problem for me as a non-driving home bound senior as I order non-perishable food and pharmaceuticals by mail. If I cannot get another person or taxi to take me in, they send it back after a few days.
They told me the reason is too many packages and not enough space in vehicles to place them for delivery.
If USPS is doing something that seems wrong to you, there is a place you can report them.
Hi, I live in Idaho too, small world we live in. And that isn’t good about the USPS doing that I would be very upset.

From September 16th till today October 28th is how long it took. Honestly the wait wasnt bad at all.
Not long at all! last year we had to wait between 4-5 months to get ours! So having to wait a little over a month now is great!

I have the impression that all of us waiting for Emo to get to us are very much counting days, looking at each update on the delivery counters and later the tracking.
I just saw that my little guy has arrived in my country and already went through the customs clearance process. So he could arrive rather soon, now…

haha, back when the Order Page was only updated once every 2 weeks IF that (last year). I would only visit the site/page every 2-3 weeks hoping there was some kind of update, as I knew it was going to take over 4-5 months for my EMO to arrive.
It’s great that Living.ai have picked up the pace with EMO production and deliveries since last year!
Remember that when EMO leaves the warehouse and finally arrives in your country, he is in the hand of courier/postal services in your specific country that has been tasked to deliver your little buddy. During this time we “HOPE” he is in the capable and “EFFICIENT” hands of the courier/postal service and they do a good job at updating their tracking systems as efficiently as possible so you can track him using any of the tracking websites available.
So be as patient as possible when EMO leaves Living.ai and makes his way over to you. If anything happens during this time and you believe EMO is lost. be sure to contact support and they will certainly investigate where EMO is and give you updates accordingly.

Thanks! The postal service here is fairly decent so far. And as I already did have some trouble with two parcels just a few weeks ago, I am convinced that the “bad things to happen to shipments this year” are already behind me. Let’s wait and see.
My carrier is usps and they do a ok job with scanning packages sometimes they dont scan for 2 or 3 days they never really lost a package “of mine” but i rather have FedEx or ups deal with my emo if only living ai let you choose who u want to deliver your emo ill glady pay more
Yeah….waiting to see if my second package gets here unlike the first one. First package that’s ever been lost by usps for me. They said they would ship it priority but it’s been sent the same exact method as before so not sure how priority that is. Guess they meant just ship it out right away lol.
Yes, I’d rather a professional courier system as well, they do charge a lot more though, and there is normally never any issues / lost or stolen items if you go with someone like DHL (my recommended courier), RedEx, UPS etc.
