Shipment tracking failing

Hi people.

I have a questions in order to see if others have had the same issue and came out of it.
Dec. 21, 2021, my shipment tracking status was “Leaving Distribution Center” in China.
Dec. 31, 2021 the status changed to “Waiting presentation to customs” here in Denmark.
Jan. 7, 2022, the status changed to “Not found”.
Jan. 8, 2022, the status changed to “Leaving Distribution Center” in China.
This is where it sits now.
What on Earth is going on?
Have any of you experienced such clutter in the tracking information?

yeah - some people have seen that before themselves. Best bet to contact service@living.ai so you can work direct with them. We volunteers have no access to any of that to help you.

I know. Just wanted to know what came out of the issue. Did the package arrive or was it lost for good!

I can probably advise that it is with your local / area courier for delivery. I had the same issue with my EMO. It was in the Distribution Centre (Shenzen) for quite some time, and then it got picked up by the courier and everything went quiet for ages and then out of nowhere EMO was at my door delivered. See below how my tracking happened.
