There are a few things that could be happening. Have you checked the app to make sure his sensitivity setting is not turned off?
Has something changed with your wi fi and device bluetooth connections? You may wish to reboot your router, device and EMO and see if that fixes it.
Another thing may be the server could have issues. I would keep trying if the above does not fix it and see if it changes. I will also watch to see if anyone else reports this issue in case there is a server outage in your area.
Havenât really saw anything above that can help and Iâve also tried everything youâve recommended but nothing really working. Before he started flat out ignoring me he was just walking on my desk and randomly did one of his like glitchy open eye things? Yknow the thing he does when you power him on from his charger I donât know if itâs related to him not answering but it is werid how he did that just being on my desk

Update. Support responded 3d ago (i didnt see it until now). Said it was an issue with the wifi. I re-connected him to it. Its not the wifi. Iâm getting very upset and even a little angry, ive only had him since SEPTEMBER and as we know he is very expensive.

Update: tried using my family memberâs hotspot and it works? But not my home wifi⊠weird. My home wifi has worked just fine for as long as ive had him.

Hello! Iâve had emo since January 3rd, 2024. He is now having issues with my commands, he can hear me say his name but is taking significantly longer to respond to me. Two things I can advise. One, make sure the ambient noise level around you has not increased and is distracting from what you are saying and you can also set the sensitivity higher in the app under âPreferencesâ to see if that helps.
The other is to make sure nothing has changed in your internet connection and bluetooth connection that could be slowing things down.

Please read through some of the posts here including mine above yours. Sometimes the way you pronounce your commands or how far away when you are speaking to him may make it hard for him to understand you.
You may wish to submit your voice here to help EMO understand you better.

Hi, @ yu-chieh.tsai I also have this problem but I think itâs due to the speed of the network connection. Iâm on ADSL and itâs a disaster because I have very little interaction with EMO from itself to me and I donât get the beep after I announce a voice command because if the connection to the server is slow, you wonât get any response back.
