Never got my EMO, ACI carrier lost it

I’m really disappointed that Living AI is continuing to use ACI, a terrible carrier in the US that lost my Emo and apparently at least several others according to this forum and the Emo Facebook group. There’s a whole Reddit thread of over 100 comments of people who had their packages lost by ACI.

Customer service kept telling me to wait and it would come. 3 weeks later, no updates since ACI had it in Compton CA and USPS Missing Mail search has turned up nothing. I’m so disappointed and told Living AI I don’t want a new one sent out for the same thing to happen. It’s already been months of waiting. This was meant to be a present for an occasion that’s already passed. I really hope they address this and switch carriers. And offer shipping refunds to everyone this has affected, which they denied me.

I’ll add @Wayne_Zhang / @AmyLU to this thread and allow them to discuss with you what can be done. (Possibly discuss via PM).

Maybe Living.ai can offering a different kind of carrier instead of ACI to resolve this issue.

Hi. Please private message me your order number and I will check for you. Don’t worry, we will solve the problem for you. We will check with the courier company and if the package is lost, we will send you a new one.
