HI, i don’t know if anyone can help but i’ve just discovered that when i purchased my Emo, i entered a typo into my email address. Because i didn’t recieve any email i thought i hadn’t created a Living.AI account for the forum and so created a new one. I now don’t have my original account’s password and because there was a typo in the email, i cannot request a reset.
