I have merged your new topic post to this thread, where we discuss everything about the New Firmware Update v3.0.0 issue.

Things you can try before attempting to update:

  • EMO must be on his charger
  • Smart lights are unplugged
  • Automatic update is turned off in the app.
  • Try updating by voice command, “Install latest firmware now”.
