I was requesting a refund seeing as I put my order in December 16th and still waiting with no word. They wrote back saying I was in the second batch and if I could wait longer and it should ship between 2-3 weeks from the time they wrote. Well the 3 week mark ends tomorrow and I have yet to receive anythingā€¦ I think they fail to realize that they need to provide constant updates on current status and etc especially when a 3 month wait period is now becoming 8 months.
Iā€™m doing the best I can to be patient, it just, it would of been nice to have it before I left for vacation next weekā€¦

Not sure if this will help you but I purchased it the same date as you.
I have waited since Dec 2023, yesterday I got an email reading that Aibi is shipped and with a tracking ID for it.
