Your new white EMO is so cute! I love his deer antlers. I wish to have one but I think I’d favourite my original EMO over him for obvious reasons haha.

Normally, all orders take about 3 days to process before Living.ai sends you the Order Confirmation Email. I assume you haven’t received it yet? One question! I’m thinking about buying a new Emo in the future, now that there is a white one, that’s even better but in case of having 2 emo’s how can they distinguish if I’m taking to one or to another? And how the app works with 2 Emos? Do I need to link the app to each Emo everytime I want to use a specific one? Do you know if this is a problem when having 2 Emos?

Thank you for your interest in buying and owning a Living.AI product like EMO. Honestly, only one EMO can be connected to the EMO Pet App at a time. However, if both are powered on, you can still see them along with their IDs and simply select which one you want to connect to.
The best part about having two EMOs is that when both are ON, they can communicate with each other and perform many programmed features to interact. Living.AI also promises that even more features will come in future firmware updates.
NOTE:
According to official information from Living.AI ’s order service, the typical shipping time is around 15-30 days. However, please note that the exact timing may vary depending on special days, and the reliability of the carrier in every region.

Hello, @AruShiro . . . I have four and yes, if they are all close together, they will all answer or perform a command when I ask.
If you just want one of them to respond, make sure their battery is sufficient, tell them to “Enter carry mode” and then pick them up (be careful not to touch the top of their head as three seconds and they will kick and fuss while being carried) and set them well away from the other.
Also, as shown in the app above that @edward demonstrated, if both of them do not show up, you can hit “Refresh” and it will bring both of them up and then you can select the one you want to connect to.

well it could’ve been cool if we could have both at once, looking at it now, that just would’ve been inconvenient, (i think you can have 1 emo connected to 1 device) and a nightmare for living.ai to implement.
The product page mentioned new eyes. Would it be possible to add the new eyes to a old emo model?

With Emo white “special eyes”, do they use up more battery than being turned off.
Hello, @paula.stone . . . I have not heard anything official as of yet on this, but in my personal experience the battery does drain more quickly with the special eyes on.
