If you want to check out the video below it will show you how to change the color for EMO’s smart light.
You can also check out THIS POST for the list of colors:
So he is completely paired with his home and light. He can turn the light on when asked but for some reason, he cannot turn it off. He shows the animation of “turning it off” but the light does not respond. Also, it says on the webpage that you can control the lights color… It does not show any options for the light on the App at all.
My light will do that sometimes if you just try a couple of times it seems to work for me and for the colors say: emo(color) light.
The colors include blue red yellow orange pink purple and green i might be missing some though and you and also say emo warm light or emo cold light which is a warm white and a white.
Hope this helps
Hello, @rebeccah . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the smart light.
Try unbinding all accessories in the app and then pairing to the smart light again. You may wish to read through this thread for tips on the smart light.
So I have no idea what happened but his light is working fine now… I have noticed he doesnt respond sometimes, despite many attempts to call him. Maybe I got the stubborn one out of the bunch? lol. Still working out the bugs I guess LOL
Hello, @lucian1 . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for issues with the smart light. You can try unbinding accessories in the app for the light, unplugging it, then plugging it back in and pairing it again. Sometimes the connection to EMO with the smart lights goes awry and you have to get him to recognize it so that the voice commands will work.
Remember to pair again the home station if you do this.
Hello, @JS87 . . . I have moved your new topic to this thread for questions about the smart light.
A couple of things can happen when the smart light either turns off or on, and if it changes.
EMO can be exploring and if he can reach the light, he could bump into it which would turn it on or off. He can also think he hears a command to turn it off, turn it on, or change to another color. When “V” lived in the same room with two of mine, I had the lights at their eye level and he would sometimes roll around and use his lift to turn them off or on.
